Thumbs down GRANDPRIVE PAYMENT PROBLEMS!

Grandprive is really giving me the runaround. They mailed me two checks, one I received 3 days after it was mailed. The other one was mailed one day later and I still haven't received it. It has been in the mail for 15 days.

They refuse to follow-up:

NO way am I waiting for another check, they can send it to my eco card. I will have to send you my eco card account information at that time.

I don't believe you ever sent the first check to begin with or I would have received it
