That e-mail in itself is probably sufficient to return this casino to the rogue pit. It has to be said again: you can't take players' money on the basis of mere suspicion. Either you have proof of fraud or you don't. That something "could" indicate ID fraud won't cut it, and if you don't want players to wager the bonus "aggressively" you have to specify exactly what's not allowed in the terms. If you don't the player can play however he or she likes.
Indicators like those mentioned are sufficient only to flag accounts you can then investigate more closely. If there's no hard evidence you need to pay the player and then ban them from subsequent play.
