If this is how it was presented to Neteller, they may have taken this at face value, however you posted a screenshot of a 1100 win at Deuces Wild, so from that I assumed this was your withdrawal.
If the account was credited in error, the casino need to explain what happened to the withdrawal.
If this "erroneous" credit is the only amount you received, then they have recovered the wrong one, it would be the one they assume is genuine that they should have considered the error.
This could turn out to be even more serious if they have mislead Neteller by saying the credit was an error when in fact they were due from the win as per screenshot.
You can prove your win from Playcheck, and the withdrawal actions from Cashcheck. Prime must then explain where your win is if the one you saw was the error.
