World's Worst Customer Support (MegaSportCasino)

I sent in an email to them a few days ago about some questions on their connection to KasinoStar.com but did not get an answer, so I went online to their site and asked them a few questions (live support).

This is their response...

Customer Support Operator: hello
Customer Support Operator: How may I assist you?
Aodat2: Hello there!
Aodat2: I've sent in an email regarding the connection you guys have with KasinoStar.com
Aodat2: and also including other questions too
Aodat2: but till this day, I have yet to get an answer from you guys
Aodat2: may I just know if anyone is actually going to reply to me or not?
Customer Support Operator: We have forwarded your e-mail to our manager and our marketing department and we have no more information about your request
Aodat2: oh... would you be so kind as to check on this issue?
Aodat2: am I suppose to wait on or should I just forget about it?
Customer Support Operator: they will send you an e-mail if they decide to do so
Aodat2: if they decide to do so

Aodat2: ok

For those of you reading this and who are still with this people, you might want to rethink again. Is this how you would like to be treated?

Getting a response like "they will send you an e-mail if they decide to do so"

Good luck if you still decide to stay with them.
