World's Worst Customer Support (MegaSportCasino)
I sent in an email to them a few days ago about some questions on their connection to KasinoStar.com but did not get an answer, so I went online to their site and asked them a few questions (live support).
This is their response...

Aodat2: but till this day, I have yet to get an answer from you guys
Aodat2: may I just know if anyone is actually going to reply to me or not?
Customer Support Operator: We have forwarded your e-mail to our manager and our marketing department and we have no more information about your request
Aodat2: oh... would you be so kind as to check on this issue?
Aodat2: am I suppose to wait on or should I just forget about it?
Customer Support Operator: they will send you an e-mail if they decide to do so

Customer Support Operator: I am very sorry but I really don't have information about this matter and the only thing I can do for you

For those of you reading this and who are still with this people, you might want to rethink again. Is this how you would like to be treated?
Getting a response like "they will send you an e-mail if they decide to do so"
