It is not that you don't have a valid complaint, it is that this is very unusual for Lasseters. Some members may have felt you went a little overboard with the initial post, and this could have cost you those rep points. This is especially so when a member's first post is an attack on one of the reputable casinos. Had your tale featured an outfit like Crystal Palace, I expect you might have been commended on your restraint, as well as being called a fool for depositing there in the first place.
Since you still cannot find the bonus, ask Lasseters to give you a print of your account transactions, highlighting the addition of the bonus they told Bryan they had added on the 17th. If they can't do this, it will be red faces all round at Lasseters, and I am sure they will come good.
One possibility as to why this has happened is that Lasseters changed software during this time. A few minor things DID go wrong, I found that the account viewer had bugs in it, and if you checked after the change, you would not have seen the addition of the bonus if it had happened under the old software.
I didn't lose any bonuses, but I have a sneaking feeling that some of my outstanding WR got "lost in the system", but I won't trouble them with that
