cheers for the advice - just to update, I got the 'bonus abuse' email in the end - so sent them an emailing explaining how it wasn't - and that by the morning I would submit a formal complaint to Playtech if he hasn't over-ridden a hopefully 'automatic software decision' (no sense not giving them the doubt)- which I notice you advise to do 1st in the
PAB link you provide.
