The slot you are talking about is one that can be customized to suit the casino which offers it. There is no single name for it because each casino that has it, calls it something different.

As Pinababy says, it is a Playtech game. If you are from the US (as your location suggests) then unfortunately you cannot play at Playtech casinos.

If you are fortunate enough to live outside the US, you can find this game at various Playtech casinos, but its name is not going to be consistent.
