If this NT communication to merchants is true, I am appalled that they have arbitrarily and without any warning whatsoever stopped their users from operating their NT to NT Card privilege, and that there is
no indication whatsoever on their site that this problem is happening, why and what they plan to do about it.
From a Customer Relations Management and even
PR and marketing perspective this is truly unprofessional and very irritating.
