Delaware does not have any pro teams that can extort them into not accepting the tax dollars. It's unlikely that this passes anyway. And if it does pass it will only be heavily taxed parlay cards.

True, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if the leagues stepped in and at least tried to stop this.
