Getting money out of Cake is a nightmare. I tried to cash out about two months ago by check. It sat pending as they gave me excuses such as "Our processor only processes x # of checks a week" and "Our check volume is overwhelming our processor" until they finally admitted they did not have any check processor. For about two months there was no way for US players to get money out. Then they introduced ePassporte but I have tried to cash out that way and they said they got an error trying to transfer me money but did not go into further explnantion so I'm trying again.

Sportsbook.com is a skin on their network and the forums at SBR and LVA are full of buzz about how they are bust. SB.com flooded Cake with free money and some of the rumors suggest this is the reason for the slow pays. FWIW Gambling911 says these rumors are in no way true and processing is the only reason there are problems.

I'm within a few more days of asking Casinomeister for help as I am out of ideas. Two and a half months is a ridiculous amount of time to be using Neteller as an excuse for not paying.

So in other words if you win don't expect the winnings to be paid quickly although some have reported their epassporte cashouts have been processed.

Have I mentioned how buggy their software is too? [/bitch]
