I have been in contact with kwblue, for some reason I thought he was the rep. I will contact the rep this evening. I have provided them with the ACH info, i've done everything right as far as I can tell. I can understand when problems arise however the way it is being handled is extremely poor. The email that requested my bank info didn't even explain why. My initial withdrawal method was Neteller, and there was still plenty of time to credit my Neteller as they had until April 9th, but they opted to reverse that out and do it the slowest methods possible. My withdrawal was requested March 23rd whick gave them a full two weeks and then some to credit my Neteller account and they did not do so.
