I am soo frustrated at this point. Every time I talk to chat I get jerked around. I never get the same answer twice, last week I was told Tuesday, this week it is impossible to tell when I will get it. I am also told it is being held up by the fraud department and being evaluated for playthrough, this when I haven't had a bonus there since it first opened. My deposit was by Visa and my card was charged instantly. But I have to wait god knows how long for the withdrawal.

Just rediculous. I would really like to try the new game but it seems they do not give comps out for inconvenience either.
