Yes the commission and commission structure is of great value, but when it comes to service I would rate a personal email from the affiliate manager, much higher than a support desk.

If you look at the industry and what singles out affiliate programs from one another there is always some that stand out because they understand the value of affiliates in the
PR of their companies. They understand that the affiliates play a leading role in resolving disputes. Further they understand that affiliates are worth every dime they get paid and do not see them as vultures taking a piece of their pie

If there is one thing that also stands out it is the guidance new affiliates receive in promoting an affiliate program or the casinos an affiliate program promotes. Often new affiliates fail because they lack the leadership on how to promote a specific brand. Informing affiliates what the intention is of the brand (target market, demographics, recency, conversion targets etc.) In general with most affiliate programs all these factors needs to be calculated by the affiliate, but the affiliate program has much more information in this regard to assist the affiliates in making better judgment calls.
