I had the exact same situation happen at another Playtech about 4 years ago. they kept claiming they did not recieve the jpeg docs I sent them (3 times) so I finally contacted
CM and he had me send the jpeg to him to test it out. He recieved it just fine! He got on their case and I was finally paid within a short time. That is the oldest trick in the book. Just another chapter for them. (" We didn't recieve the docs") Uh huh. I wish you luck. Hope you get it resolved. And once you do get your money..."Run away, run away!"
