Funny, I opened an account with them about two years ago. I played, lost, and haven't been back since. Last week they sent me an email a day trying to get me to deposit. Maybe they should have spent that time working on your issue instead
Between your customer service issuess and my mailbox full of spam, I won't be making a deposit with them any time soon.
