Hastings is the licensing entity that oversees and issues license to
RTG operators in order for them to use the software. Hastings is replacing Montana Overseas - which also ran a disputes center to resolve player issues for
RTG casinos.
I've been informed today that Hastings should be up and running by next week. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Most of the complaints that have been dealt with are from either prior to this meeting or right afterwards. Fair is fair, if some casino group is tying to make a legitimate effort to clean shop, I should give them the opportunity to do so and prove themselves. But again - one two - three strikes you're out; I'll be taking another look at this in the next week or so to try and determine if they have been sincere.
