Good point Dirk, I started charting neteller stock when the uigea happened. There's a lot of money betting against them EVER paying off, and has been for awhile, maybe a long while. (earlier stock slide)
Here's a ridiculous thought; to hell with horse trax and lotteries , somebody shut down the world stock exchanges as gambling houses, huh? That would get their attention. From the little I know of law, anything is possible if the 'correct' money is lined up. A can of worms got opened when they slid that earmark/pork barrel through and I bet there are people far more pissed than the >$5k club.
