She's contradicting herself. If you end up cashing out a lot, they want to
KEEP YOU WAITING longer; increasing the chances that you will reverse some, if not all, of the withdraw.
She's also (in my mind) saying whatever she thinks you want to hear.
For future reference, take screenshots of chats such as this. One could say that these logs were fabricated. I'm not saying that they are, but the casino could say this and probably get away with it pretty easily.
