I think that time has come. I have been waiting (and waiting) for Cipher to come up with his side of the story but it's apparent that isn't going to happen. Instead it's starting to look like a legal issue and a thread like this, allowed to continue, could only harm Westland Bowl when it comes to legalities, IMO. Although I think the thread has served it's intended purpose very well.

As the OP requested it, thread closed. If the OP wishes it to be re-opened, it will be. Westland Bowl: I'd suggest you keep Bryan or myself updated as to the offline path this takes.

There are a couple of potentially good lessons in all of this..in my opinion as follows:

1) Know the person you trust with your money, especially when they are not a multi-faceted business
2) Always get a legally binding business agreement in such a case
3) Why would you ever buy a gambling system? If it was truly successful, why would they want to sell it and risk it being busted?

Cheers
