I can't remember being served a pop up by either site, gambling or otherwise.
I thought google's policy has been (for some time) that gambling advertisements are ok as long as it's not an ad for a site that directly has live wagering. Example: How to beat Blackjack, would be acceptable.
Yahoo is a bit inconsistent, but I think their general policy is always no gambling. But again, they are inconsistent. Sometimes I will submit a link on Y Search Marketing that is rejected as "gambling site", but if I wait a couple of days and resubmit the identicle link & description it will be approved. It seems like it just depends on who is reviewing it.
