The US government is really down playing the FACT that they lost the last appeal to the WTO.

The US now has a short time frame to comply with the WTO ruling, I do believe the US has already used up all of its appeals under the WTO rules.

So what if the US does not comply within the time frame?

What is Antigua going to do... Start a trade war (or any other kind of war) with the US... I don't think so...

However,
under the WTO treaty that the US willing signed and sponsored... Antigua and the other petitioners have the right to set aside international copyright laws and intellectual property rights as far as the USA is concerned.

What does this mean? It means that Antigua and the other countries involved will LEGALLY become the largest bootleg market in the world (even bigger than the illegal bootleg market in China) for American software, movies, music, games, books etc. owned by any American company or individual.

I should also point out that it is being reported that the Port Security Act Signed by the degenerate bush boy in October of last year has been set to be 'Reviewed' by Congress. If there is going to be a review so soon after being signed, it is going to be all about complying with the WTO Decision.
