Hi xxxxxxxxxxxx,

Quote:
We appreciate your patience and understand your concern. The players
from US have not been able to access the real money games since the
13-OCT-06. The inactive account fee is charged to an account that is not
accessed for over 180 days.
That was NOT OUR FAULT !

You have not accessed your account (placed a cash wager, entered a
tournament with a cash entry fee, or played a raked hand) for over 180 days
and we had blocked the access to Real Money games only 99 days ago,
that is why your account was charged the $5.00 inactive account fee.

AGAIN NOT OUR FAULT !

Quote:
As per our "Terms & Conditions" if your account remains inactive for
over a period of 180 days then it attracts an inactive fee of $5 per
month. Please click on the link mentioned below to learn more about it.

I think it is high time they change those terms & conditions since THEY altered them FIRST by NOT allowing USA to play !

We request you to cash out the money so that you will not be charged
the inactive account fee and continue playing at our play money section.

NOTE: Your Account username and password are confidential information.
No one from the company will ever ask for your password in a phone call
or email. Do not respond to any requests that ask for your password.

Pretty soon Americans will owe every site they played on that has these terms & conditions............ With any luck, they will all hold their breath while waiting to receive it ~!
