This argument came up a while back with Vegas Affiliates, also Microgaming. They denied cashouts because of "illegitimate play", and in some cases this seemed to have nothing to do with bonuses or ID issues. As for records, Playcheck keeps 21 days of past play in intimate detail. After this, the playlog disappears. I cannot be sure if it goes altogether, or whether it is just archived. Since the data eventually gets used for the PWC figures I doubt it is lost completely. I have seen a player told that their play cannot be retrieved because they waited too long, but this could just have been an excuse from a casino that knew the playlog would show the player to have been right.
