I'm not that technical, but some more info might enable someone to help:
What platform are you using?
What PC?
What sort of internet connection?
Do have problems with other casinos? etc...
I'm using Windows XP Home on 512K broadband & have never had a problem with 32Red that I can recall.
As to their games: All MG's are the same, and all are fair. (Though I personally would not touch their
BJ with a barge pole!). You just had an unlucky run.
