I was lead to believe that VIP's could request a manual flush when over this limit, though it isn't instant in the same sense as the automated withdrawals. I think the lower limit for new players is 2 withdrawals up to $500 per week on the "instant neteller" promotion, though obviously there are no limits to withdrawals in other circumstances.
I concur - they are a good group, pay promptly and have a good rep. I think once you are over the ID hurdle, you will decide that you chose well
