Now, I ended up exploiting this fairly well (partly because of the mystery going in). I deposited $55, I wagered it all once on autoplay blackjack. Then I requested a cashout (I wont 8 bucks yay!).
I still got the free spins. Hilariously, I hit the pick'em feature 3x and won 25 cents on them! And then I hit a good four of a kind, total winnings were $2.49!
I then ran it up to 8.49 total on single deck blackjack ($6 cash balance). The minimum withdrawal is $20, so I deposited $105, wagered $55 on autoplay blackjack (to qualify for next week!). My net cashout from all of this was $109.50, which means I actually managed to come ahead $4.50 from the gift rap bonus.

But yeah, 1 line by 1 cent is just a joke. Max lines at 1 cent was more what I was expecting. This makes Wild Jack's $12.50 worth of spins look like I just won the lottery.
