Just a matter of terminology, but most people would call this a
Phantom bonus.
A sticky bonus (extremely rare these days) is one you can not cash out, but it does stay in your account after you withdraw your winnings, and so can be used again.
I particularly remember Roman Casino used sticky bonuses. (Are they still going?)
