I've resent the complaint.
I wouldn't get your hopes up since this casino group clamped down on several groups of bonus "Abusers" and fraudsters back in August. I'm guessing they pegged you as one of them.
Some of the players (some of whom were posting in the forum) were committing fraud, but others such as yourself (I'm assuming here) were probably nailed for "abusing" their bonuses = hospitality.
Hopefully I'll get a reply this time. Your complaint was sent to them on the 12th of September. My POC never got back to me on this.
