There's always Moneybookers (no US), Firepay (no US), and Click2Pay (US allowed)...most casinos/poker rooms I've seen take all 3.

edit: Actually I found out that Moneybookers will allow US customers, but won't let them transfer to a casino/poker room. What other non-gaming clients they process payments for is beyond me
