This is when we run into a bit of a difficult situation. Since
RTG is in the States and distributes casino software, they
can not have anything to do with player issues. This is the reason why the company that is contracting (licensing) the operators is given the ability to review player complaints. The company reviews the terms of the contract that the casino is bound by, and makes their decision from there. It's pretty much cut and dry - black and white decision making.
