Final update (hopefully). When I sent the e-mail to the
PR Department vs regular support I got a reply in less than 2 hours. That's pretty impressive, especially considering I sent it this morning (Saturday).
They apologized and said that the delay was due to the banking holiday last week, and that my deposits would clear on Monday. Even with the holiday, I still think that is a long time (it will have been a total of 12 days), but I'll be willing to chalk this up to an odd fluke and move on as long as the deposits do actually clear on Monday.
