I agree that this is one of the best news articles available to the public that I have read on this subject yet.

Many articles say "congress has passed a law banning internet gambling" and I even read one article yesterday that said, "The online gambling sites have lured their fair share of gullible gamers, but does the government have the right to monitor what people do in their own homes?" The overall point is good but is rendered useless by the misinformed implication that all online gamblers are gullible.
