I am pretty sure that Ms. Blair was not rude to you and you are over reacting.
If she is not taking this case to Mr. Jensen is because the issues and subjects discussed in this thread are already solved or actually they never had any basis on which to rely.
My manager is always screaming at me for bringing him stuff he doesn't care of or should be taken care of by some one else...
I am not saying this is the case, only that I know when to send an issue to a big guy or not.
The Mainstreet Groupo has done nothing but to provide fine and decent service.
That guy Cogro brought this thread back to life with the intention to give them problems, at least thats what I felt.
I won't be making any further comments because its becoming a vicious cycle.
