It looks predatory to me.

Someone searching for 'best slots' will find an article about a woman who had a talent for playing slots and winning.

Or worse, someone who is depressed or in debt finds an article about a guy who solved all his problems by playing all slots.

Some of these are linked right off the casino's homepage. I don't see how the top people there would not have been aware. But I'll wait for their statement.
