Why not ask them the truth? The truth should be in their double up logs which they have refused to release. You have been acting as judge with your threats of banning posters. We are not looking for how they cheated. We are looking for whether or not this was the first and only time they cheated. Your
holy code will not tell you that no matter what kind of spin you put on it.
