The funny thing is CS may as well have been reading from a script.
1. Pretended outrage.
2. Recitations of the honesty and integrity of the casino.
3. Multiple, yet conflicting versions of why it's your fault.
4. Claims that the decision is "final."
5. And finally, claims you should be happy you're getting anything at all.
There must be a script out there somewhere, that deadbeat casinos circulate amongst themselves.
