i deposited £200 in this poker room last night..the money never appeared in my account even though i have emails from
www.metacharge.com with transaction details to proove i did..i thought easy i will contact purple lounge support..12 hrs later i have had no email they do NOT answer the telephone number provided and as far as i can see have basically just ripped me off...i will never ever play poker online agaion this has gutted me and im sure anyone who deposits at there casino poker room all you want is good customer support well theres is an absolute disgrace and if casinomeister can do anything about it i can provide all evidence he needs ....they claim to have support 24/7 by the way and thats just LOL.....STAY AWAY.
